Hello Family and Friends! I’m again doing the “Agony Ride” and I’m looking for your support for my ride and this mission. This is my 6th year riding, and the 41st year the Christian Encounter Ranch has held “The Agony Ride” ! I look forward to reconnecting with old friends, and making new friends. Of course my ultimate goal is to raise money for CER, and my goal for this year is to reach upward of $20,000! The encouragement during this ride from not only CER staff, but the youth that are out there the entire 24 hours, even into the wee hours of the morning, cheering us on, giving us food, water/gatorade/coffee/tea is exactly what we need as we ride to our absolute limit! Their smiles are forever embedded in my mind and heart! So very priceless and uplifting in a time where there is so much uncertainty, and chaos everywhere we look! "Christian Encounter Ranch is a domestic mission organization with the unique purpose of discipling and counseling troubled young people. These young people come to CER with major damage from families, society, and/or their own poor choices. As a domestic mission, they are dependent on the loving generosity of mission-minded ministry partners". To sponsor this ministry and my ride, go into my (Beverly Roberts) Agony Rider page and post a flat fee, or pay by the mile. As little or as much as you would like. Anything is appreciated and it is for a great cause. Although this will be very different from previous years, I have a heartwarming visual embedded in my mind of these kids cheering us on with the happy smiles on their faces! This is what has brought me back! Truly an amazing organization, and so up lifting to give these promising children and young adults, a helping hand to a brighter future with endless possibilities!
