INSPIRATION: It warms my heart, and makes God smile, to see generous pledges roll in! Jesus/Y'shua has been called Counselor in the book of Isaiah, the Good Shepherd in John 10, Sar Shalom (Prince of Peace); one of the names for Jehovah/Yahweh is Rafa/Rapha, the one who heals (Psalm 147) , and the Holy Spirit has been called the Comfortor. Your generosity makes you a part of the healing care, and education, of the wounded that come to Encounter Ranch. Thank you!!! FORECAST: Thunderstorms, and cooler temps are in the forecast: please pray that we don't get sidelined for lightning danger! MILEAGE GOAL: In general, I do around 150 miles. To be complicated, to surpass 150, I will likely ride 156 miles to reach a SAG station. It's up to my body (foot comfort, these daze) and how I respond to opportunity (helping other riders), or how riders respond to me in my time of need. Every year is different!
Thanks for supporting this sacrificial ministry to teens & young adults, with your funds and/or prayer!! Ask me about Christian Encounter Ranch's ministry and FREE/crazy-cheap family camp typically four weeks before each Agony Ride!
I may ride over 160 miles, if my body allows. (In 2017, I didn't know my record, and made it into the 160s -- now to remember my 166-mile record, LOL!)
