To me the first verse of psalms 63 perfectly reflects what the agony ride is all about. “ You, God, are my God,
earnestly I seek you;
I thirst for you,
my whole being longs for you,
in a dry and parched land
where there is no water.”
There are times that we as Christian’s struggle with our faith and that is okay. I feel it is easy to feel that wrestling with one’s faith is bad but that is what we are called to do. Without wrestling how can we grow in our faith? If we do not ask questions we can not find answers.
The last thing I will say is this, the agony ride is the worst pain that I have ever felt. Yet I am extremely excited to start the next one. Raising money for the ranch is such a joy to me!
