The Agony Ride is finally here... today is the day. This ride, unlike the many trail races and obstacles races I have completed, is not about performance. It is about suffering. Thankfully I am not alone in my suffering. There are many others who are sharing in the pain. I would like to thank Paul Farinha and Jonathan Palmer for answering my many questions in preparing for my first Agony Ride. I also want to thank the people who chose to sponsor me this year.
