If you lose your shoe in the next few hours, you are probably sleep deprived because you have been biking for far too long. Biking these long hours is doing so much good though. You inspire me so much!
Morning Check List: Clothed? Ah... sufficiently. Helmet? Oh good, it's still on my head. Food? Energized!!! Well rested? Not really. Sanity? Sanity? And we have a runner. (Or a biker in your case.) Hang in there! You got this!
