Sometime during the night of last years ride I thought this is insane. I’m not doing this next year. I can SAG for one year. that was the plan. Here I am signed up again, though I’m not entirely sure when I officially signed up but that’s a mystery of life. 300 miles is a long way to ride but it’s for the Ranch Students and they are worth every single mile.

Man, did I have a rough night! My air mattress is just a little too hard, so all my joints hurt. I can’t seem to get comfortable. It’s so cold and my daughter kept crying and waking us up. Planes keep taking off and my earplugs fall out of my ears! I MAYBE got eight hours of sleep max! It’s really roughing it, I’m tellin’ ya!! Ugh..
