I always say at the end of the Agony Ride I will never do this again. Well this is the 4th year in a row I will be riding my bike in the Agony Ride. The experience of the Agony Ride is hard to put into words. Seeing all of the Ranch staff, volunteers, sponsors and young adults all working together to is more than enough motivation to keep on pedaling. Seeing the young adults who have come to the ranch for various reasons watch as riders and saggers—the real heroes—ride and sag countless hours, realizing that all of this is being done for them, is amazing to see. I look forward once again to getting on the bike with other riders, spending time with people who were strangers four years ago, and now considering them friends. We’ll use the talents God has given us to show Christ’s love to the students of the Ranch and anyone else who may be watching.

Ted: How about I Try to Find the courage to get Up to 350
Ted. Good for you! Am looking forward to watching you fly around all those miles. When I take the energy to get out of bed to check if you are still moving, don’t let me down! Love you and your big heart, Your Favorite Aunt Becky
Ted: I could fly faster if your middle son would let me draft behind his moterized bike. He is still unwilling to help me in that area.
Good talk cap, see ya out there ad.
Ted: This is why you don’t ride a bike…. E. I. E. I. S.

I drove from IN to NY yesterday and my butt was really sore. If I can do it, you can do it. Also, if you don't hit your goal, UK sucks.
You need to ditch those stickers - they are weighing you down and holding you back!
Goooooo Ted GO!!! You’re doing incredible! If you’re feeling worn out…just remember things could always be worse! You could be hugging me 😂😬.
